Technical Loading bay camera and weird thingy

Hi guys!
I just picked up my new LWB Fiat Ducato with the premium pack, very happy!
WHen spending some time in at at home I noticed 2 things in the bac of the car: a weird black electronic thingy on the ceiling and what seems to be another camera just hanging free in the back (near where the rear view camera unit sits, that already has a camera in it). Do any of you know what these things are/do?

The thing on the last photo has a LF-antenna marking, which could be a low frequency antenna. What is that for? No idea
