Technical Limp mode

Hi I’m new and any help will be appreciated,my friend has a 2014 fiat 500 s and has been having issues.driving at about 50 mph and all lights come on dash,loses all power and won’t start for about ten minutes then runs fine again

Standard reply here but you need to get the error codes read from the ECU to see what it’s recording as a fault

Fault codes are the place to start! could be a failing earth strap! you could read my guide about common problems on 500,s!

You need mes software and lan connector to plug into the obd port, which is under the lower trim to the right of the steering wheel! it just pulls off!
