Technical Limp mode ASR Hillhold warning

I would like to ask for advice I have a ducato from 2016 it drives goods but every five six drives it goes into an error and limp mode ( ASR Hillhold warning) i noticed that stop and starting the engine removes the limp mode, I'm not sure if it is coincidence or not that when I fill up the tank it disappears and the check engine light goes away but still I have these persistence errors into my ECU I hope this makes some sense and I hope somebody can help me
