Technical Injector washers, can anyone help please?

I seem to have spent an eternity trying to find copper washers for Bosch 0445120011 injectors to fit an 04 Ducato 244 2.3jtd and found no listings nor info. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

If you have the old washers, you could try annealing them by getting red hot in gas flame or perhaps even a barbeque. Then drop into cold water, this will soften the copper, which work hardens.
