In the bottom of the forum banner you've got a link to the forum ePER. It covers both generations of the Bravo. The second generation is divided into 2 sections: cars produced between 2007 and 2009 and a facelifting model produced between 2010 and 2014.
Looking at both diagrams (2007-2009 and 2010-2014) the part is the same, but it looks slightly different from the one on your photos. According to ePER there is only one part number for the whole headlights' washer system: 51798777
It's this part:
On the Polish equivalent of ebay I've found a single 'sprinkler' for the 2008+ Bravo for around 135 EUR + shipping.
The ebay listing has several good quality photos, you could compare to what you've seen on your car.
That's how it's shown in ePER:

Thank you for your suggestions. I don't see why I have to replace the entire system for one part! So after a long search I found the solution I know some people want to make money, but it's just not right to rip people off like that. It's no secret that manufacturers have similar or even the same parts made by the same suppliers. I came across the same nozzle from VW and was able to remove the part in between. Admittedly, 40 euros is expensive, but it's still better than spending more than 140 euros
