Technical How's this DAYCO timing belt kit [pic]?

Found this on a good price (I think?) locally.

Is this complete **** or usable?

Brand is DAYCO (?)

The mechanic I use installed a Dayco timing belt kit on my 2014 Fiat 500 last year. I trust this guy quite literally with my life, as he does all the work on my cars. He wouldn't use anything sub standard. No problems here.

Dayco are an original equipment manufacturer for some Fiat stuff I understand. Good quality in my experience.

If made in CHN means China, that's hard pass for me. The last time I did a belt job on a 500 4 years ago, I bought the parts from the dealer.

Belt made in UK,

water pump made in USA,

but the tensioner was from China,

Now the parts cost almost double so will be looking for alternate sources.
