General How to acces back side of radio

Hello guys, I'm trying to install aux cable on the original radio, but can't pull it out with the keys. It seems the clips are broken, so is there another way to get to the radio?

Double check the keys are in the correct way around, I have found once you put the keys in you need to lift and pull at the same time.
