All New Pandas have ABS and EBD as standard.
ABS systems are fail safe. Just means the car will have breaking like a car without ABS.
Also only an MOT failiure if the light stays on iircIf off they'll just think it hasn't got it?....
According to the handbook, if the EBD isn't working then the rear wheels can lock before the fronts under hard braking. Cue the back of the car overtaking the front!
Looking at getting a 2004 Active mk3 for my sister. How many keys do they come with new? Is it 2 or 3? Also are there certain colours I need to get, or can Fiat cut another from any key?
How much roughly do Fiat charge for a replacement.
Also, do the Active spec come with central locking?
Many thanks.
Jon.
As for locking fuel caps i'm getting a little confused, are you all saying that when you open the flap the fuel cap hasnt a slot in it for the key to lock it?
Locking fuel caps were standard pre-2005. Don't know why they did away with it.
I ordered a replacement key from my local fiat dealer, £124 + VAT! Not much choice though, as has already been mentioned the keys can't be programmed by your average cobbler!
I agree about the locking fuel cap as well, what were fiat thinking!?
Am I hallucinating, or is that Panda fuel cap wedged between a pair of pale but ultimately quite sexy thighs?Your mission, should you choose to accept it..............
Is to find the key slot on the cap in the attached picture

Sorry, no, can't be true, I must get out more.
Oh, leather sofa is it?
I accept your explanation but find the stuffed toy on top of the sofa strangely appealing!!!!
