General Horn Swap

My 1979 X1/9 has the factory horn(s) currently in place.
I have a set of air horns.
Can the factory circuitry as is support the air horns?
In other words, can I unplug the factory horn and plug in the air horns or do I need to modify the wiring?

I did on mine but I did check the amperage ‘pull’ first
