I have a Polski Fiat badge that goes on the front driver’s side of the car. There are no holes for it. How do I make the holes/install it? Example pictured and circled.

Don't do holes, always the potential to develop rust. Go to Walmart and get some 3M molding auto tape, clean the area including the emblem with rubbing alcohol. Line it up, make sure it's were you want it because this tape is the real deal, it's 3M after all. If the emblem has protruding post cut that crap off with some wire cutters or a razor knife.

Thanks for the recommendation. If I go the tape route, I may hold off for now as I will probably wait until I get it repainted at some point.
