Technical Hi re suspension

Does anyone know the correct height of front and rear springs for 2008 1.9 fiat grande punto sporting as I brought some and they are wrong as car shocks(brand new) keep bottom out!!
I put original springs back on and bit better with new shocks but still does it. I found specs 160mm and 190mm springs can any one help or does any one have a set to fit my car in Suffolk or Norwich please cheap ish. Thanks in advance.
