General help needed with induction kit

Although the ABS is rubbish on sei removing it is surely out of question, especially to fit a kit.

Iv'e got a non ABS servo/master cylinder sitting next to the induction kit in the shed too. ;)
If the abs becomes "beyond economical repair" then it's out.

had the same damn problem earlier on in the year when I ran one of these - but once you have your head round it it's pretty simple.

if it's too short you've pushed the filter on too far!

The angle you have it fitted at is also wrong, try turning the pipe round a bit.

Worth noting that this bit:

needs bunging up with a suitable sized bolt - making sure to put the nut on the outside so that if it should come loose it doesn't drop into the butterfly!

Should look like this when done:

I think you hit the nail on the head abs has knackered me up so to speak.
and unlike photos in the other posts the tube i have seems a lot shorter so unless i can find some extension pipe and angles it might as well go in shed like cc1.
Oh well you live and learn any non abs owners want to buy . west mids

Atleast it helped push up my post count

thx for all your help guys.

They came at too good a price to part with.
They actualy came from the same place as the induction kit you bought so check their shop for bits.
