I am assuming that you are refering to the 2.8idTD, Iveco 8140.43, which is the mechanical injection predecessor of the common rail 2.8jtd, 8140.43s. I have only recently changed the belt and rollers on my 2.8jtd, but in view of the relatively low mileage since last belt change, I doubt that the rollers needed changing. The main reason for changing the water pump is that if it subsequently fails, then you will have to change the belt again.
