General Hello! From the BBC :)

Hi everyone

I wonder if someone can help me... I present the breakfast show on BBC Southern Counties Radio (the local station in the south) and our news reader has a Fiat Panda - and everyone takes the mickey out of him for it. So, we thought we'd get an expert on the Panda on the air to defend his car so he didn't feel so rubbish about it!!! If you are that person, can you please reply and let me know, or email me here:

there are lots of panda lovers on here i am sure one of them would do it, is it by phone or will they have to go to studio?
what do the people who take the micky drive?

It'll be on the phone. I'll just be asking what exactly is great about the Fiat Panda, asking why it's much maligned, and why Simon (our newsreader) should be proud to own one!! Like I said, just a couple of minutes on the phone, at about 8:30am. If it was an admin or someone with some authority from the forum itself that would help lend some credibility to the interview. I need to nail this down by the end of the day - Dave, can you do this?

Belfast accent would be fine - we just want someone who would be free to come on the radio at 8:30, is knowledgable about the Panda and can talk enthusiastically about all its good points! Steve - accents are no problem (!! this is the BBC you know) - can you PM me a phone number if you would like to do it? And are you an actual current panda owner?
