Incerc sa vad ....cercetez. mulțumesc inca odată, postez aici daca rezolv ceva. Doamne ajută, nu se poate sta in masina cu Soarele asta afară....
Daca cauti pe ebay.com "evaporator fiat bravo" o sa gasesti citeva poze unde se vede senzorul negru si cu doua tipuri de mufe pt conectarea electrica. Poate the ajuta sa vezi in masina ta unde este acea mufa.

If you search on ebay.com "evaporator fiat bravo" you will find some pictures where you can see the black sensor and with two types of plugs for the electrical connection. Maybe it helps to see in your car where that plug is.

Salut aschiuta. Am vazut mesajul, mulțumesc, un mecanic care este de treabă, il recomand,dl. Gabi, BestGEF service Ciolpani, a povestit cum un Fiat 500 a carui compresor facea click-click, cupla decupla, la fel ca cel de pe bravo, a avut problema aceea cu sonda de pe evaporator(dar nu avea erori la clima ) , nu a scos sonda de la Fiat deoarece trebuia cautata dupa codul respectiv si a lasat -o balta, spunand ca nu acela este defectul.
Au urmat sesiuni de cautare si rezultatul final dupa ce a consultat si haynes pro pentru service , legat de eroarea asta B1919 - ventilator radiator, ventilatorul habitaclu, modul ventilator habitaclu sau scurt la mufe, cabluri - concluzia a fost schimbarea ventilator habitaclu, desigur nu se gaseste, nu se mai fabrica asa cum au zis cei de la ITALOPARTS romania si ca nu ma pot ajuta, nici un alt dealer de piese nu a gasit ventilatorul cu codurile : 591530800 si 5A0030100 ventilator B838 DENSO si desigur dupa lungi cautari l-am gasit eu , identic cu cel de pe Fiat Stilo : DENSO DEA09052 cu controller Denso C17615C0, pret 490 lei/ cod origina eper 77364388.
Dupa ce l-am inlocuit acceasi eroare B1919 si B1901 (eroare windscreen motor feedback).
Am mai inlocuit si senzorul presostat original fiat : fiat 51768698.
Pana la urma ne imprumutam cu bani si ne ducem la AutoItalia pentru constatare, o sa postez si aici devizul si concluzia celor de la Service Fiat Autoitalia.
Pur si simplu eu sunt satul de problemele cu Bravo, Stresanta Creatura.....

Salut. Am fost la Autoitalia , service FIAT. Concluzia este urmatoarea si citez : NECESAR DEMONTARE PLANSA BORD IN VEDEREA INSPECTARII CIRCUITULUI ELECTRIC (deci nu stiu unde este problema).
Ca mentiuni speciale : Mi-au facut reducere la diagnoza de 25% . Atasez raportul diagnozei. Pentru sibonios, cei de la service au zic ca are senzor de decongelare acest model de Bravo.
Ca si paranteza, reprezentantul mi-a spus ca la modelul acesta nu s-au lovit de problema electrica pe circuit, nu au avut probleme decat cu motorasele....Este primul model cu asa problema......Tind sa cred ca nu este adevarat, sa fie asta singurul fiat cu problema asta, sa fim seriosi , la Lancia Delta tot aceeasi problema o are si altcineva, cum s-a incalzit afara cum nu mai functioneaza climatronicul, cablajul nou nu este disponibil, va trebui cositorit....
Am anomizat raportul celor de la Autoitalia.
Cand fac rost de bani, au zis ca ar fi bine sa inlocuim toate motorasele de clima cat si bridele....bridele inca nu le am (daca imi recomanda cineva bridele/motorasele ar fi frumos)....
Am gasit motoras flap central denso si restul Krios...sunt bune? Rezultatele testului sunt in franceza, au stiut ca stiu limba......

I anonymized the report from Autoitalia. The results are in french, they knew i now the language....

When I get the money, they said that it would be good to replace all the air conditioning motors as well as the clamps....I don't have the clamps yet....

I found the denso central flap motor and the rest are Krios... are they good, can someone recomand good climatronic motors and clamps?

Thanks again. I ve searched the forum, but no clear answer on how to get rid of the B1919 error on Fiat bravo, and also, automatic translation doesn t work on that forum, i have to do it manualy.
A last question sibonios , when you deactivated the defrost sensor...and run the proxy alignment... The proxy alignment checked every module or only that sensor?
When you right-click in chrome, you should see the translation option for the language you want, so it's easier for you to read. That's how I set it up. When the proxy works, I think that it should check all changes and accept only those that were last modified
 
Hello again.

I’ve came up with the solution for error B1919 DEFROST SENSOR (stilo and bravo, delta and others) + other weird errors starting with B**** , but not for the climatronic motors .

Thanks again for help , @sibonios and @aschiuta , and also to the fiatforum.com.

So this is what i did after going to the fiat service Autoitalia .

- the conclusion of the Autoitalia service was that the problem with Fiat Bravo s climatronic is that the cables are corrupt and the climatronic motors are stuck and old .

- we made an appointment after 3 weeks(from the date the diagnosis was performed), for this fix made by Autoitalia.

So I had 3 weeks to try to fix it myself instead of borrowing 1000 Euros for fiat service.

What did I do :

  • After discussing with some fiat members and owners, I decided to change the climatronic panel. So far so good , I ve bought one used from 2012(I was lucky) with almost 100 euros ( by the way, a new climatronic panel is almost 1500 euro), and yes it worked
  • It s hard to change the panel, I ve used for disassemble this video :
(Sostituzione Plancia Clima Automatico Bizona su Fiat Bravo serie 2) and I send all the best and thank you mr. JackTv G.T. )

This guy is a pro , and also he changed them frequently, if you never done it and the panel is virgin, be careful because it has 2 rivets or nits ( like the original speakers ), very hard to take them out, you ll need some tools, and patience , much patience also is needed when you put it back, that’s the hard part. I didn t film myself because I did on a hot summer day and yeah it was hard. If you got any questions I ll answer here or in the Romanian fiat forum, with pleasure.

So after the exchange , the odo-km was flickering (it needs the Proxy alignment) , but this was a success, climatronic worked for almost 3 weeks perfectly, I ve checked for errors and the B1919 was gone, but it had one error , B1922 Electric fan feedback present OC or SC to ground or rotor blocked ( the electric fan was new, replaced 1 week ago , found him hard, read the post and you ll find the model, its made by DENSO) , the error remained present.

We were happy that it worked for almost 3 weeks with temperaturs above 40 degrees Celsius!!!!! It was like he was reborn but…..

With 3 days before the fiat service schedule , the climatronic didn’t work, symptoms : strong sounds from compresor coming and no air from vents, no cold air and a loud noise, this was only when the ON button was pressed( snow flake button, climatronic on),if it was off the Denso fan had normal noise . So I thought that the climatronic motors had problems and they were blocked, didn t put the tester on … it was such a big disappointment

So he didn’t escape, we didn’t escape from debts…..and yeah after all motors got replaced in Fiat Service ( yes you can test them with a 9v battery, but the test is for nothing because they can work for one time and next time they won’t, so be carefull, replace them all to be sure with new ones….) the climatronic worked for 1 week, and again problems.

So after that I decided to disassemble the original climatronic panel and yes, I found the problems.

The fiat service was ok, but they didn’t resolve the problem, I mean the problems with the climatronic , because after service , after 7 days it didn t work.



So I’ll go to conclusions :



Error B1919, B1922 and other errors that don t involve the climatronic motors can be fixed, if you just clean the climatronic panel (its the same for STILO , BRAVO, DELTA and others )

Cleaning the climatronic panel : (THIS THING SHOULD BE DONE WITH THE ENGINE OFF AND NO KEY IN IGNITION )

1st step : you disassemble (Sostituzione Plancia Clima Automatico Bizona su Fiat Bravo serie 2) and I send all the best and thank you mr. JackTv G.T. )

2nd step : you disassemble the climatronic panel , the exterior part has clips, easy with them and the mainboard is fixed by 4 screws and clips, easy to disassemble, easy with clips, proceed with patience, not to break them

3rd step : with a soft brush clean the dust inside, and also clean the SENSOR in the middle of the mainboard and also the grid from the front panel(it has dust and others on it) and yeah, the fan, the black fan , also take it out with patience out of the pins, clean it and oil it , and clean the excessive oil from the fan…and yeah you can clean the exterior buttons(the one which you press to control the air flow), I ve used “light machine oil”

This sensor and this fan are the problems…..i found this fan for new ( I didn’t buy it, we have no money left ) as climate control fan for : 1Pcs New Climate Control Unit Fan For AUDI A3 A4 Q5 TT 8P0959101 (you ll find it on ebay), but I will post some pictures with the original one from fiat Bravo, we have a code :9341706004 Papst

4th step : put all things together and test the panel, test it for errors

5th step : Good luck it worked, you deserve a beer !!!

P.S. If cleaning does not work, get a new or used climatronic panel, if you buy it used, IT NEEDS CLEANING and oiling.





So, I ve cleaned also the SH climatronic control and yeah, they both work, but don’t know for sure for how much time , you ll never know when something goes bad with Fiat climatronic, or others….

And yeah, Fiat bravo doesn’t have a defrost sensor, it says in the newer climatronic panel I bought (using the obd test), from 2012, this panel has also another software, but the same faults as the original from 2007, so clean them with patience and attention, and they will work.



Also after I've cleaned them up , I've searched the internet and yeah, other models of cars have this 9341706004 Papst, not only GM-Fiat Group
