Hello - Fiat 500 1.2S

Hello everyone. I just bought a 2017 FIAT 500 1.2S. I took advantage of the great weather and I drove it around Peak District today and it was fantastic. My first car was 07 Mini One and the little 500 is my second car. I have the 7inch UConnect system, but it looks like CarPlay hasn't been activated in my car. I read all about MES and proxy alignment but unfortunately I don't have the software, the cables and the skills required. I'm based in Manchester but happy to travel up to an hour if there is someone who is willing to help me with this.
