What's wrong with your headlight?
Got a small crack on the plastic lens. Light still works.
Can see quite a few used headlights on barchettaparts.com, ebay.co.uk, kleinanzeigen.de
Or, depending on the magnitude of the crack, you can consider https://barchettaparts.com/en/barchetta-tuning-headlight-or-for-repair-headlight
Mine has it and it looks ok, kind of "sporty"

In case you were not aware, if you get a British headlight the light will have been adapted for driving on the other side of the road. It is very easy to 'reset' this back to standard. Don't be put off by a british light.
