Hi Mark
No, I got the kit, started hacking away to find the hid bulbs were too long!
If I remember they were approx 48mm from base to tip, where H7's are 43mm
The issue is that alloy beam deflector that covers the tip of bulb inside unit,

They did do a 40mm hid bulb but not an "R" reflector type (anti glare) hid bulb where they did in the longer options.

I did try a middle sized option they sent but again too long,

So sent it all back for refund and just make do using "the force" to see the road ahead :)

Might try again in the summer & fit them drl's!

Cheers

Neil

I saw them led bulbs a few week back on eBay, they will only work if that alloy beam deflector is removed as they project a beam forward,
Unsure if it's a good idea to remove it, if possible to do.
And I'm sure they will act like a main beam dazzling on coming cars, and could attract federal attention and mot problems depending on the mechanic doing said mot

Ripped a set of ebay hids out of a c2 last week they were absolute junk one would only work for about 2 mins and the other wouldn't go back to dipped put a set of ring 130% brighter 472's in bloke said they were loads better than the hids

To be fair, the kit I tried wasn't off eBay, I wouldn't buy stuff like that off eBay, there are very low quality and cheap crap kits, and poor or no customer service, backup.

I used Hids-direct.com
Their terminator kit the "R" (anti glare) reflector option.

Can't fault their aftercare. And had no issues when I chose not to try the 40mm non anti glare option and refunded straight away after returning

Hi Rolopolo, I spoke to Argo city Ltd today regarding the H7 CREE bulbs. If you look at your headlight you can see that the deflector clips onto the rim so should come off. They also informed me that the dome at the end of the cree bulb is the deflector. They also do the same CREE bulb for the H1 main beam. I have ordered a set of each so will let you know how I get on when I get my van back from Fiat Dealer. It went in yesterday for a new oil pressure pipe that feeds the turbo as it is seeping oil. Told this afternoon that it was not the pipe but the seal on the turbo. New turbo on order. At least its under warranty. They have given me a courtesy 14 plate ducato 130 swb that has been restricted to 60mph. Went up a hill today with all the traffic queueing up behind me. What a culture shock after being used to the 160 & 180.

Haha rolling roadblock, yes least it's covered mine went after the water ingress, just used that variable vein turbo cleaner, she whistles and pulls again (217000 miles of crap)

Look forward to hearing about them bulbs mate,
Take some pics too please of bulbs and if poss a before and after nighttime beam pattern on a dark road,
Cheers
Neil

Hi rolopolo, I have got the bulbs but no van lol. The van went in last Monday to have a new turbo fitted. Dealer phoned me this morning to say it also needs a new exhaust gasket which they have to order. You would have thought they would have ordered it with the new turbo ???. Have you had a chance to look at your deflectors on your van? You should be able to see where they clip into the main light unit.

In an ideal world yes they should have, in my old Peugeot, Renault & nissan parts days we always asked what they needed to do the job, prob is, often the warranty won't cover the cost of that bolt or gasket, so they try and get away without, and inevitably delay the job, where we would be happy to pay for the little bits to get the thing back on't road,

No chance yet to look, been on it work wise since Friday, next bulb change I will have a look :)
