If you have either H4 or H7 bulbs then Osram Night Breakers will give you better vision and shouldn’t throw up any errors as they are still halogen based. You can just put higher wattage competition bulbs in which are a bit cheaper but they are technically illegal for road use, although i’ve used them without any issues and without being flashed by other vehicles!

Yes got osram for fronts. Changed rear and its put a message up (can live with it to be honest) changed the indicator in wing mirror to a led strip unit and that has been fine. Must just be rears that dont like LED

Oh right, thought you were talking about fronts. There are ways to get round this using resistors to fool the system into thinking you’re using conventional bulbs. Normally if you buy “can bus compatible” bulbs this doesn’t happen, do you know if the bulbs you bought stated this? If not give some a try

Brought Philips ones thought they would of been better then cheaper ones. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B0C4QDY2N4?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title
If you look at the reviews there are plenty saying the bulbs cause hyper flashing and bulb out errors so there lyes the problem me thinks. Might need some fleebay “no canbus error” specials to rectify it! Don’t blame you for paying the extra as you’d have thought they’d have done the job you wanted
