Technical Headlamp beam deflector for europe

Hi im sure been talked about ..i've a 2009 250x ducato does anyone bother with headlamp deflectors for france/italy..?

I've been coming to Europe for twenty years and have never fitted them. Only required if driving at night in the dark.

I have a left hand drive motorhome so should use them here. I fit them for the MOT and remove them afterwards. I find they dim the lights too much. I've never been flashed by other drivers.
