GSR Induction?

GSR Induction?

they start at less than £10 a month, thats very cheap compared to other forums of this size

I didn't know there were traders fees. Whats it for? As in selling bulk items etc?

Also I know the size and shape of them effects but if it was easy enough to mould the material then I could get measurements of one and replicate it

well a trader is on the forum to sell
if you want to use the forum as a revenue stream then you pay a little towards the forums costs
have you not seen theres a traders section?

you have to make tooling for it out of steel, then wrap sheets of silicone around it, then a special tape about 1cm wide has to be wrapped around that, then you have to back it all in a high tempatrure oven, then pick off all the holding tape whilst its still hot and remove the tooling from inside it

No but you can easily source the required parts to build your induction from Silicone yourself.

Whats it going on?

So far I've made a kit for the 1.9 GP Mjet, 1.3 GP Mjet and 1.4 16v.

Take a nosey at this thread

PS As dave says up top verrrrry thin silicone. Interestinly last night looking at a GSR vs the hoes i buy you could squish the GSR pipework quite a lot.
