Technical Grande Punto T-JET 120cv control unit(s) update

Hi everyone,
I would like to check if all the updates that the parent company has released for the Grande Punto control units have been applied to my car.
According to what was reported by multiecuscan, my engine control unit had 0 reprogrammings, so I imagine as a layman that none were applied or perhaps, but I don't believe it, none were ever released.
Probably the best solution is to go to an authorized FIAT workshop and ask, but when I went there, I was told that the car is old and they wanted me to buy a new vehicle.
You probably need to go there with the data in hand and insist, to avoid being told lightly that there aren't any and perhaps paying unnecessarily.
So I ask you if there is a place to check or a diagnostic tool that can provide me with an answer via passthru connection to the parent company or someone in the Caserta area who can do a check.
