General GPS No Signal???

Afternoon All.
Just picked up a 2021 500 Hybrid. Trying to figure everything out, but there's one thing that's got me stuck. The Navigation opens up but shows my location in the middle of the sea. If I try and navigate to a destination its says no routed found. Seem to me as though it has no GPS Signal. Anyone have any ideas before I in touch with the garage I bought it from?

Does it have a map installed?

And is de GPS antennae plugged in?

Rectified something like this on a Mazda by disconnecting battery while the unit was searching.

Europe map installed. Guessing the GPS antenna is the thing behind the interior mirror. Cable is connected there.

Does it not pick up it’s signal through the main radio antenna albeit a GPS one? If so could just be a faulty antenna base. Does it pick radio reception up ok?

Definitely a battery disconnect job before doing anythjing else. Sounds like a reboot is required.
