South Central Goodwood Breakfast Club - Italian Sunday

[Barchetta Bloke 440]

I have a plank of the day award to give out.

I was standing by the black Barchetta there today and 3 yoofs walked past.

One said "Oh no,not a Fiat Barchetta,they're not Italian,they're French"

It was me in the silver Barchetta on the A24 and 29 this morning.

I also had a brill morning at Goodwood especially as i got to park on the grid,next to one of the nicest Ferraris present today.

Ahhh - so I followed you for a while and then you followed me.. a lovely drive down. First time I've taken the drive to Goodwood in it. The winter tyres fitted made it a bit entertaining at times. I'm not sure if I can wait until next spring to get some proper tyres!

I was rather admiring your boot lid! Have you got the original silver one stashed away somewhere?

I was enjoying following a nice looking white Countach into the circuit, and then sadly realised when wandering around the grid that it was a fake one . I'm also not sure how a TVR ended up on the grid..

saw the Blue GP , and the Tango'd one,
great show of cars, X19's were nice,

nice to see the "special" Alfa's , and the classic ones too..!!
and a few nice older Lancias.. alongside the Delta HF's,

spent a while checking out the older bikes too - VERY nice,

Glad the weather was that good as it got more classics out in the sunshine,

Yes i kept the silver boot safe if i get bored of stickerbomb overload...

I overtook that fake Lambo on the A27,his Beetle engine probably working overtime at 60 mph.....
