Technical Glowplug failure

I've just brought a 1.3 multijet idea and everytime i start the vehicle i get a warning up on the computer that i've got a glowplug failure

is there anything i could do about it like would changing the glowplugs make a difference

glowplugs are easy to change (10 minutes) on these engines & cost around £12 each,

If a glowplug is realy shot, the engine will run very bad when cold, after starting.

Wont fit,idea glowplugs are longer.

Bosch Duratherm Chromium glowplugs, the best you can get, forget the rest.
Buy them at any Bosch Service Centre.
