I was wondering why we did a really sharp left and only had a little gap to fit through in them road works. I just thought it was a bad design

Only when we went the wrong way through a closed road...

The reception from passers-by at the caf was good, most people stopped for a gander. While we were at Tesco a van drove past with a young teenager shouting out the window: "Scrap 'em! Scrap 'eeeeem!" Which I found quite amusing.

Also some fella in a huge Fiat motorhome parked near us at Tesco and said "My Fiat's bigger than yours." Gina was expecting the back to drop down and a Panda come out... Hehe.

But generally the response seemed pretty good, it was probably because there were so many of us and the cars were in such good condition.

We pulled into a layby with a burger shop to re-group and everyone came out to have a look inc all the staff. He asked why the white one was being towed said that it was my friend and goes everywhere with me

I've promised my son I'll take him to one big mainland show this year and Stanford is the one I'd like to go to. I'd be up for that.

Great days folks, really enjoyed it... I'm sure Berg will say, the dirty 4x4 had a minor 'miss fire' on the way home! i.e. touch the peddle or floor the peddle! I said to him, that's the problem with the blooming motorways and a low fifth!
