One of the screws on the fuse box cover (the one in the dash) on a 2013 Ducato is damaged (looks like it's been cross-threaded). I assume that the only place to get one is Fiat (and likely that I'll need a captive nut - not sure if that may have been damaged). Does anyone have part numbers that I can ask Fiat for? I'd pop in, but there is not a Fiat Professional centre close to me.

If it's the black dash, the part number for the screw is

735387659

and UK online sources are exorbitant.

(They're apparently a much-damaged part according to my sources!)

Not sure of the nut p/n, though I think it's a fairly standard spire nut (there was a recent listing I found via Google that offered both)

Similarly one of the screws was very tight on my 2006 x244 when new. On inspection, it still had a rounded damaged thread at the end. The thread on mine is standard M5, so I made use of my metric taps and dies. Job done.

Thanks Hugh - yes that's the part. Searched on the part number and ouch £4.32 for a screw!
Think I might try the other suggestion of tap and die to refresh the threads first and see if that works.
