Technical Fuel Cut-off-switch

Hi all, sorry this is my first post (i think)!

Just a quick note to let you guys know that last night my fuel cut-off switch in my GP activated. The AA bloke said he's seen this a few times.

It's supposed to happen in an accident but I was merely driving down the road (turns out id caught it with my big feet! - i kicked it by accident )

When it activates you get a message on the driver's display saying "Fuel cut of switch - see handbook".

The switch location is behind the panel next to your accelerator pedal. (its not hard to get to just a quick turn of a screwdriver). It's a circular black button, which clicks out when activated. Just push it back in and VOILA!!

Hope this helps someone because I was ready to kick **** out of the car when it happened!!!

Mine activated aswell........ When i had a front end crash. Tried to start it, got the message, checked the handbook for location and reset it.
