Technical fue linjection sign light couldn't off and autometically rised rpm15%

fuel injuction light is not cut off while started car, and same time accelator pedal is not working properly. then just off engine and start again it will be normal some times. this happends every time if morning alsne technician is telling that there is a sensor on the fuel injuction pumb, that may me error, should be re progrmme software.is it ready? please give your suggesions...
