Hi everyone!

I thought I would replace the upper spring plate because it was very rusty. After simply replacing it, a strange rubbery, creaking noise started to occur when I go over speed bumps or very uneven roads.

After that, I replaced the shock absorbers and the strut mount/bearing for a week, but the noise didn't go away.
The steering gear and stabilizer bar bushings were also replaced a month ago. There’s no knocking sound, just this awful rubbery creaking noise. Could you help me figure out what it might be?

This could be a lot of different things! to help localise the noise it might be worth spraying each of the joints that have a rubber mounting or bush etc with a maintenance/lubricant spray such as wd40, acf 50 or the like!.

Do one component at a time such as- top and bottom mounts/anti roll bar bushes/ tie -rods/ track-rod ends upper and lower control arm bushes etc etc including any new parts you have fitted as theres no guaranty that they are correctly fitted or lubricated!- road test after each component is sprayed( time consuming but you HAVE to do each part 1at a time to have any chance of pinning it down!).

If you get lucky at some point one of the parts you spray will be "the one" and the noise will either stop or quieten down! if you find the area thats causing the noise give it an extra dose of spray and drive it for a few days like that to see if it returns? if it does come back at least you know what to change next!
good luck!

You did get the arrow pointing to the rear on the top rubber mount? And the metal tab facing outwards to the side of the car, compare your before and after pictures you'll see a gap at the front that's not there on the old pic?

Yes, in the first picture (for old rusty parts) the turret silencer is normally mounted upside down, so the arrow is pointing towards the front of the car.
After I replaced the parts, the arrow on the turret silencer points backwards and the mark on the metal spring plate points outwards as you wrote.
By the way KYB is the tower silencer/bearing and also the new shocks. And the top plate is factory new.

I replaced everything on the front, it was silent for a year or two, but for some years it makes a noise over speed humps, it's a odd noise sort of a spring noise or rubber noise can't work it out, passenger side has always been worse, but since the drivers spring has broken( half of the last bottom coil) it's not made a noise that side?

This is the noise:
