I’m just compiling part numbers to give to my wife to pay for new suspension bits for her car.

It’ll mostly be febi at the moment but I’m confused because they list two variations for front springs one is 299mm in length and the other is 335

It’s only a 1.2 2009 pop, I’m guessing 335 is what I need?

I doubt I’ll be able to get any part numbers but I’ll have a look tomorrow but asking now just in case someone knows

Cheers

Exactly what date was the car registered and or was it made before Nov 2009? This is the point the front springs changed, this Ebay part, note limited time discount code, a trusted seller) is a match for the shop4parts version by part number

Hello, it was first registered in April 2009

Did it change from 335mm in Nov or change to 299mm hmm

I'd have thought the change in front springs would have coincided with the fitting of the strengthened rear twist beam, which came in for the 2010 model year, from around Nov 2009.

I'd have thought that it would have the earlier type.

I'd suggest you give shop4parts a call - they're both knowledgeable and helpful.

I tend to buy things from AUTODOC (did get own exhaust from shop4parts though and seemed good) but I’ll have a look

But I was going to get bilstein b4’s for front shocks and they only sell one front spring, so I’ll get that instead of febi bilstein springs
