Resurrecting an old topic but someone 'in the trade' is seriously considering commissioning design & production of a purpose-made front mudflap set for the 500, similar to the ones FIAT make for the rear.

Any comments, anyone?

Ford Ka ones already fit and look ugly anyway. As someone who regularly gets cow **** on the sills of my car from cow crossings on country roads I personally still wouldn't buy them!

I would be interested in seeing them. If they are better and round about the same price as the ford ones I would buy them.

Think that is the reply you expected!!

I had Ka mudflaps fitted at the front as a measure to stop these splattering of sills from mud, rainwater and grit.

They doesn't look too bad.

Pictures attached of them on my 500.

I tried a company called hitechautopartsltd.com for mudflaps, they dont do them at present but I have just received an email from the managing director who informs me that they are going to design front and rear mudflaps for the 500 very soon and they will contact me in the near future when they have them. I will update the forum if I hear more from them(y)
