Hi all, Fiat Ducato ex openreach van 2lr diesel 2017, Drivers front inner tyre tread has totally worn away, looks like the tracking is well out, but after checking all steering and suspension parts (all good) we noticed the Drivers front wheel is sitting at an angle. We drove it to resettle everything but still looks wrong, image below and short video of tyre tread. Only got the Van last month and unsure if anything was recently replaced ie top strut mounts.

Solution
Does look well out.
It is possible on some models if top strut mounting changed and either wrong side fitted or repositioned wrong in bolt holes at top it can do this, also if spring poorly seated when doing same job or after changing suspension strut/shock absorber.
Hi Bugsy thank you for your message. We are looking into this now and hopefully get back on track (pun intended) Replaced the tyres with part worns for now as working all week 300 miles from home. Looks like our 2 days off at Weekends will be committed to resolving this issue. Thanks for pointing us in the right direction.
