Styling From end swap

Has anyone fitted the later front end on the older Ducato? So mine is a 14 reg with the older front, I have a complete 15 on front end , I know bonnet hinges need changing position but it there anything else that would be a nightmare, ie: is the wiring for the headlights different??
Any advice appreciated
