First time using the 131.

FAC Round 6 set up and ready to go, please do not post any times up until the current round is over. The track randomly selected from the suggestions is the Top Gear Test Track Full Circuit!

I will close the current round and update the championship board ASAP.

Post up your best times (clean laps only please!) for the current track, winner picks the next circuit. Laps MUST be run in Hot Lap mode (Main Menu > Free Play > Hot Lap > Choose relevant Car/Circuit/Layout) OR from the Leaderboards (Main Menu > Community > Leaderboards > Choose relevant Class/Circuit/Layout > Launch Race). Pick a race number that hasn't already been selected and let's see some pics of liveried up cars!

Having had a few multiplayer races with the tuned Fiat/Abarths they can be great fun with some close racing! If you would like to join in with these races please supply your Gamer Tag when submitting a time.

Ran some sighters this morning won't be doing proper run till Tuesday cos ain't got time to set car up but 1:17:885 so far reckon low 17s at least if not 16s is possible.

Hmm altered the 131 to make it less twitchy and down to a 1:17:384 using the control pad....will crack out the wheel on tuesday to see if I can go faster.

Which wheel setup do you have? Got a CSR with Clubsport pedals and shifters all bolted to some old kitchen unit with a Punto seat on it in my living room lol.

Got nothing that fancy have an old ms force feedback wheel that I just rest on my knees. Was gonna go CSR a while ago but bills got in the way also not really got the time these days or the inclination to get my moneys worth. If they'd still been running community bounty hunter on forza i'd be more interested (I got every single unicorn out of that plus several duplicates).

Are the wheels any good? I've never really had a go with one tbh. As for the time I've literally just done 30 laps in a row and got into a rhythm, kept shaving a couple of tenths off and eventually got to that it's actually a nice track to drive too

I despise the TG test track personally always steam in too hard on the last two corners...wheels are good but not.necessarily faster Tbf sometimes I'm quicker with the pad others I'm quicker on the wheel, makes it.more immersive and gives each car a distinct character and allows you to feel the differences between set ups more. However unless you are used to a wheel a pad is always faster people switching can have a very hard time of it.
