New handbrake cable is about £19 or less and easy to replace (30min)
New track rod ends about £5-9 each and just as easy to fit but the tracking will need aligned when done.
New shoes are about £5-7 and a bugger to fit if you are not used to doing them, very very unlikely that there will be anything wrong with the drums as they are cast iron and probably just need the edges smoothed out with a grinding tool.
