U did see most of what Google had, but some was just advertising and some was put up by people who are probably very technical and it went over my head ie they show the box, babble on abit and then show it working 🙄
Perhaps I will have another go at it now I have a better idea how it should work, it definitely needs a way of being wired to keep its memory or something to connect with the panda canbus wiring and a gps antenna,... I might go into halfrauds and pick their limited brains 😁👍

Doesn't look anything like the one I have in layout, I just checked the car and no gps antenna thing hiding in the dashboard 😏

I just found the instruction book for my head unit and the power connections are different.
Pin 2 is ACC, an accessory switched 12v source. Pin 9 is a permanent 12v to the battery Pin 3 is for reverse camera.
You need to be very careful, or smoke may ensue.........
 
Chinese ICE head units change like the weather in Devon. They are dirt cheap second hand because there are no spare parts for your particular house of cards.

Best option is to buy a new system with the features you need and sell it with the car.
