I'd like to suggest the following.
We all contribute to exploring the Byte Data List (BDL), and posting the results.
This will probably appeal to those that are familiar with MES and playing with the BDL.
I have explored this one day when I was supposed to be doing something else.
The most important item is Number 1.

Typical vehicle proxi setting page, using Control Alt + C.

Select all and copy to a text file. When you are finished playing, you can paste it back in. I believe the maximum number of Bytes is 250 for the later models, starting at 85 for the earlier models.

Change the settings using MES windows and dropdown menus. When you hit OK, it will save to your BDL.

Example of possible settings, save a BDL text file for each change, remembering to name the file in the format described in 3. above.

Another example
If people can do this we can quickly identify which Bytes are for what.
Many hands make light work and all that.

- Firstly, YOU MUST take a copy of your BDL and save as a text file.
- You pick a couple (or just one) of 'items' in the 'Adjustments' tab of MES, for your vehicle.
- Change the setting, and take another copy of your BDL, and 'save as' <the name of setting you changed>, and <what you changed it to>.
- Post both lists here with the following.
- Year.
- Make.
- Model.
- B&M - Working/Removed.
- Custom Head Unit - Y/N
