Technical Fiat uno 1.4 engine block

Hi all.....i opened my engine and found that my engine block is different to ones i see online, i bought the gasket set and found some of the holes of the gasket i bought does not look the same to my engine.
My question is-is there different engine blocks for fiat uno 1.4.
Any advise would be Appreciated.

An Engine Type Number or VIN number would help. The Uno was fitted with many different engines and also these varied by World region. The engine type number etc. should be on your vehicle identity plate.

The South African and South American 1400 engines are not the same as the European ones, we did get a version of those engines in the Fiorino. Engine number and spares number off your chassis plate will help to order correct parts
