Technical Fiat Punto Bluetooth not working

Hello, I need help with an issue on my car.
I bought a 2014 Fiat Punto evo, and realised that the voice control button on the steering wheel does not work, and the Bluetooth option on the settings is no where to be seen. I’ve flicked through all the settings and there is no Bluetooth option. Also the mileage is flashing. Could someone help me out with this?!

Hello,

Mileage is flashing as the car needs proxi alignment to be done. And it needs proxi alignment because the Blue&Me module is damaged or has been removed.

There are several threads here discussing the same problem on many models.

Thanks, do you think if I just get rid of the blue&me module and replace it with an apple carplay screen it will be fine? Also do you know the price range for a proxi alignment?

You can remove the module or repair it. If you remove it, you will just loose the functionnality it provides, but the same can be achieved by several other ways.

However a diagnosis would be helpful to see the possibilities. Check the forum's MES register, members are often willing to help. Perhaps you'll find someone in the neighbourhood.
