fiat punto advice

Hi everyone! I just joined here today as I'm having a spot of trouble with the punto I bought recently. I was leafing through the owner's handbook last night and in particular the car maintenance section - it tells me to go buy all these different things and I really haven't got a clue!

My main problem is the engine coolant/antifreeze thingie. It says in the book only use this FL Selenia Paraflu Up thing, but on the FL Selenia website they don't seem to have heard of Paraflu Up, only paraflu 11 - is this the same thing, or at the very least compatible?

I'm a complete novice when it comes to car maintenance, truth be told - this is my first car! - so don't really know what to do. I don't really want to drain the thing and add new whatever, so any help you could give me would be majorly appreciated!

selenia is what is recommended by fiat and when or if you get your car serviced by them this (anti freeze and coolant) will be an additional charge as this is not part of the servicing charge. I believe all fiat recommended lubricants and anti freeze are all selenia products. Pop down to your local halfords there should be a replacement type.
