Technical Fiat palio 1.2 switch off

Good day . My fiat palio 1.2 is cutting power when i turn right the engine switch off .what could be the problem ?

The black cable from Battery Negative to the Chassis and Gearbox could be Rotten inside..
The Copper wire turns to Green powder

Try adding a second cable, bolted in the same places

Thank you , ill try to do that . Worse now it affected my wipers not working
