General Fiat ducato lights on dash board

Hey new here I've got fiat ducato 120 2.3 07 plate just driving and then my power steering stop working and the light come on pulled over switch off engine top it up a little back on again was all ok went to do my install on way home my CD player cut out and after that 3 lights come on power steering and battery and lock lights so pulled over switched off and back on all ok any help please bout why that happened and cure the problem

First make sure the battery terminals are clean and secure, check earth strap.
