I've been browsing through Car and Classic and found that prices for 500s are lower than they were when I bought mine in June '23. Have prices come down since then or are prices generally lower over the winter months?

I think that you will find a general 'softening' of Classic car prices. Not so long ago, a M/B 300SL "Gullwing" could not be found for UNDER 1 Million pounds---they are (in Europe) now down to about £850,000, and a lot of other classic prices are going the same way.

The late winter is normally the lowest time for classic car prices. Once we get a few sunny weekends and people start seeing classics on the road again prices will jump up, especially for cars like the 500 which many people think of as a 'sunny day' kind of car.
Not to say that the overall trend isn't for classic prices dropping a little generally, but if you paid 'summer prices' for your car it might not have lost as much as you think!
