Technical FIAT 500 Dash problems

Does anyone have a solution to the dash showing all warning lights when engine running apart from ignition warning?
I dont have a problem with pixels and have had the unit checked over. In frustration I bought a replacement dash /speedo but the problem persisted.
Finally I bought a complete ECU /speedo lock kit etc but it still has the same problem.
Can anyone help please?!!!

What year and mileage.

• What have you done to it prior to the problem appearing?
• Did you recently take for a service, or get anything fixed?
• How long have you had it?
• Did you do a Proxi Realignment after fitting the speedo?
