I am fairly sure this is telling us the crank sensor isn't the fault

And the car isn't fueling correctly

Coating down a slop, I would expect a flat line on temperature and pressure stable around 35-45
 
Looks like the information from the MAP is wrong

Sensor (most likely)
Power
Ground
ECU (unlikely)

I'd start by trying to disconnect, I should ignore it use default values instead, if the car drives better you know your on the right lines

It can be a little tricky to start with it disconnected

I know on my car if you unplug it while idling it cuts out, but will restart with a little throttle, I have never tried on a 1.1 eco

Take a video of it running about 6 foot from the exhaust, does it make a regular tut sound of a misfire

Cars at mechanic now.

Says compression is good. So thats nice.

Hes gonna try known good coils and then injectors
 
UPDATE .

Mechanic did the following;
New coils
New plugs
New Ht leads
Cleaned the injectors.

So far, no issue but only put 30odd miles on her so far.
