Morning everyone , i bought my son a 2007 GP and have managed to fix all sorts of faults and issues including 9 broken wires in the door/body wiring loom with help from this forum and reading threads . My issue now is i dont seem to have any power at the radio, pulled all fuses from near glove box all seem ok and complete and the fuse thats on the back of the radio is ok is there a fuse anywhere else even inside the radio that would cause this issue thanks in advance for any help

Welcome to the forum :)

You seem like a handy kinda fella, so I would suggest bench testing it - take it out and just make sure the live and switched live are connected to a 12v source, and connect the earth back to the battery/source. If it turns on it points to a vehicle wiring issue, if not the HU is FUBAR.

it's a long shot as it's an old post but I have recently lost power to my radio, switched back to factory radio and still no power, also have flashing mileage.

Anything you found whilst sorting it problems?

Flashing mileage means a proxy mis-alignment, which make sense if your radio is not powered anymore. Have you checked its fuse(s) ??

You have the flashing mileage because the headunit CAM node was disconnected from the CAN network.
But the headunit should still start up (with some error !"no CAN" or ask for code)... check the fuses, use a test probe to check for power (not a multimeter! you need a consumer, a bulb).

thanks guys, i have checked fuses in back of both headunits but am struggling with the console fuse box i have my blue&Me in the way and have large hands so proving a challenge ? and looking online there is about 8 different types of fuse box lol should I just check all fuses or can anyone point me in the direction of which 1 is correct? also my interior lights work, are these not on the same blade as HU? I will get in there today for a better look
