Styling Facelift 2015 on 2009 rearlight?

Hello everyone!

Since the Fiat500 1,3 Multijet I bought, the seller had already retrofitted the faceliftet LED tail-lights, however the reverselight and the fog light is now missing.. which obviously is very good to have and also needed for the 2 years inspection in Denmark..

So the question: Can I get away with changing the list on the rear bumber and do the wiring or do I need an updated rearbumper in complete and will either even fit the 2009 model?

Some people manage to get reverse and foglight fittings in the newer style lights.
Adding them in the bumper would require a new style rearbumper.

This guy is in Italy and made me a wiring loom. Adding the rear fog and reverse lights require basic soldering and hole drilling using the kit he supplies.
