Hi folk, I was driving my car today and these error codes came up C122186 and P010162, but also my tpms light comes on and stays on, says on dash hill start unavailable. And the other code is meant to be airflow mass sensor. Any help and advice much appreciated.

Car needs a new battery. Plenty of earlier posts will show you that error codes are often generated owing to unreliable voltage from a failing battery , especially if the battery is four or more years old. (Is that a typo on the mileage? If really only 3100 since 2017 then definitely the battery!)

Have you (1) checked the tyre pressures (the system doesn’t actually measure them), and (2) if you’ve put them right, have you reset the warning via the menu?

Try this forums excellent’search’ tool for posts about both these issues

Here’s one for the TPMS:

And this will drop you part way through a thread all about errors caused by a failing battery:

The OP has posted previously about heavy steering issues, probably caused by low voltage. They were pointed in the direction of needing a replacement battery but apparently had already had a new one from Halfords. I think the actual mileage for the car is 31000.

Possibly an earth problem or maybe alternator...
