Technical Engine and gearbox prices 8v

hi all
im breaking up a punto 8valve,

just looking for guesstimates of what parts are worth,

8v engine 42k miles new cambelt fitted etc.

gearbox, recently re-conned, not a wash off.

both was fitted at last owners cost of 700notes

what do you rekon there worth?

just looking for price ideas for when ilist on ebay

shame they is not airbag seats or they wouid be going in my sporting

these (go) ones are comfier and look better.

iwill bin them ebay at 50notes and sees what happens.
knowing my luck they will end up like them 2b ones icouidnt give away

just trying to see and work out what money is in this car as a breaker,
my lad got fed up with it and trying to work out if the 300 sov's he paid for it
can be re-salvaged this way,

carnt sell as a whole car due to steering, someones replaced column /motor and ecu possibly fitted by bodger and scarper.

thanks for the offer,

but tbh for its worth ithink iwill just leave the sporting as it is,
drivers seats got abit of wear on bolster (on my sporting) but hardly noticable when hidden with seat belt,

the grey (go) ones with black doorcards are the best interiors agreed,
they is abetter more hard wearing material too imho.

Best bet is to stick the car as breaking in the classifieds section. People can then use the comments on the item to ask for various different parts and discuss prices etc. Plus of course people can PM you directly.
